NEP Singapore, India & MENA is seeking a proactive Engineering Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves assisting engineers, troubleshooting equipment, and performing physical tasks related to broadcasting equipment. • Assist and report to Senior Engineer and Head Engineer for daily operations.

• Perform project work including setup and maintenance of equipment.

• Assist and report to Senior Engineer and Head Engineer to ensure smooth daily engineering operations.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, operating, and maintaining a variety of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment, communicating, and reporting to Engineers and manufacturers for problem solving.
• Assist in cleaning, packing, and sending equipment, including loading/unloading trucks, verifying delivery orders, and handling essential paperwork for deliveries.
• Check returned shipment equipment to ensure it matches the packing list, identify missing items, and prepare discrepancy reports.
• Identify faulty equipment from returns, prepare fault reports with engineer support, and communicate with management for further action.
• Store stock properly according to designated locations.
• Perform work with professionalism, care, and diligence, adhering to industry standards.
• Undertake project work, including setup, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment, with professionalism and adherence to standards.
• Assist engineers in updating equipment with manufacturer software.
• Follow safety and technical standards when handling equipment, minimizing operational disruption.
• Be willing to learn new technologies used by NEP Singapore.
• Work safely at all times, complying with NEP Singapore’s health and safety policies.
• Be flexible with work hours and travel as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of how the Engineering Department and Warehouse Team collaborate to prepare kits and equipment for projects.
• Able to perform physical tasks related to the job.
