A leading luxury bridal boutique is seeking a passionate Bridal Stylist to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations:
Conduct one-on-one appointments with brides and their families, providing personalized advice and recommendations based on their preferences, body type, and wedding theme.
Build rapport with clients to understand their vision and style.
Sales & Account Management:
Achieve individual sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques.
Follow-up on all B2C sales inquiries
Managing clients expectations, follow-ups and enquiries in a timely manner
Participate in event sales both locally and internationally and exceed sales targets.
Problem Solving:
Address client concerns or alterations requirements with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with seamstresses and other team members to ensure timely delivery of gowns.
Boutique Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
Assist with inventory management, including steaming, storing, and displaying gowns and accessories.
Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Brand Representation:
Uphold the boutique’s luxury standards by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished appearance.
Act as a brand ambassador during events, trunk shows, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
Passion for bridal fashion and the ability to stay updated on trends.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
