Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve the monthly sales target
- Conduct sales appointments with clients by providing an exceptional level of customer service and consultation
- Partner and work with our in-house seamstress for dress fitting and alteration requirements
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries over email, phone and messages and to escalate to the Directors if required
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities including wedding shows, styled shoots, media presentations, trunk shows, etc.
- Responsible for administrative duties including appointment management, stock-taking, upkeep the general cleanliness and maintenance of the store, update sales reports and client orders, etc.
- Provide regular sales, fashion trends and industry feedback to the DirectorRequirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion
- Prior or existing experience will have priority
- Possesses a strong customer service and positive attitude, eloquent and a good team player with high EQ
- Good technical and dress-making skill is highly desirable
- Keen eye for fashion and trends
- Weekend work is a requirement
- Local or Malaysian preferably
