Job summary

HOT CRUSH is hiring a Bread Production Crew to join our Singapore outlet. After training you will rotate through dough weighing, mixing, shaping, proofing and operating the oven to support daily production of fresh breads.

Experience in a bakery or central kitchen is preferred; Mandarin or English communication is required, bilingual candidates are preferred. You must be able to stand for long periods, work early shifts, and participate in equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, mix, divide and shape dough.
• Check proofing and follow product standards.
• Support oven and product release after training.
