A leading bakery in Singapore is seeking a skilled baker to join their team. The role involves preparing and baking a wide range of breads, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with staff. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and a diploma or high school diploma. Competitive salary starting from 3k and a positive working environment are offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Bread Production: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, adhering to Tiong Bahru Bakery's established recipes and quality standards.
Dough Management: Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.
Quality Control: Conduct regular assessments to ensure all products meet our visual and taste standards before distribution to outlets.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to optimize production schedules and meet daily targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
