Responsibilities include slicing, packing, and ensuring product quality, all while working closely with bakers in a vibrant kitchen environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess good communication skills, and uphold high hygiene standards.
The famous “hole-in-the-wall” bakery from Canggu, Bali opened its contemporary bakery café at Havelock Road, Singapore in August 2019. Starter Lab centres itself around healthy natural products from hand-crafted sourdough bread, pastries, posh toasts, salads, and locally roasted coffee.
Our sourdough goes through a process of long fermentation using only wild yeast, wholesome natural ingredients, and the magical element of time!
