Job Description
- New Product Marketing
• In alignment with company’s strategic direction, develop and implement product management activities including strategic product planning for New Product Launch Plan, building campaign activities, and A&P budget planning.
• Work closely with local distributor on implementing trade marketing activities at store level.
• Work with advertising and creative agencies to develop impactful marketing materials and campaign.
• Create design brief and work closely with creative agencies on developing new retail packaging design.
• Create content and copywriting for new retail packaging and all marketing materials.
• Conduct post-launch / campaign evaluation to identify best practices and areas for improvements.
• Support new product training / sales kit. - Event Marketing
• Work with sales representatives and overseas distributors to strategize marketing efforts for events.
• Provide support to distributors for event planning and execution.
• Work with creative agencies to conceptualize and develop marketing collaterals for events. - Digital Marketing
• Plan and oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies & campaign in line with brand/product directions, and to increase awareness in Singapore market.
• Develop content for Social Media marketing efforts (Facebook, Instagram)
• Communication & Outreach: Generate new leads through online engagements. - Corporate branding
• Conceptualize, plan and coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders in executing trade exhibitions.
• Plan and execute CSR events and corporate sponsorship.
• Oversees trademark registrations and renewals. - Ecommerce
• Oversees and leads the Ecommerce team.
• Controls A&P budget and ensure that promotional activities aligns with company’s strategic direction and objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Relations / Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, brand management and marketing experience, preferably in the F&B
• Eager, enthusiastic, positive attitude, creative, resourceful.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management.
• Proficiency in design.
• Good photography skills.
• Good command of English and basic Chinese.
• Relevant experience in Marketing.
