About the Role

At SHEIN, the marketing team consists of various functions: e-commerce Operations, Branding, and Data Analysis etc. Combining these functions, it allows us to implement marketing activities that are attractive and connects us with millions of customers, to achieve our mission where “everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion” across the region.

The branding manager seats in the Branding team, assisting the branding director for the local and regional branding activities from strategization to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance brand image and positioning to market by growing brand equities and driving sales growth for both online and offline channels.
  • Run integrated online and offline campaigns to enhance brand awareness, in-app traffic and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders including but not limited to event, PR or marketing agencies.
  • Coordinate with different internal functions of Operations, KOL and SNS for project strategization and execution.
  • Run analysis on Branding data base and campaign performance to devise actionable insights and improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required with min. 3-5 years relevant working experience in ecommerce, fashion, consumer brands' marketing.

Required Skills

  • Familiar with the local market and consumer habits in the fashion e-commerce industry.
  • Strong project management and coordination experience in strategy and execution.
  • Able to identify, analyze and solve problems based on performance data, proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Excellent English communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus. (Basic Chinese is required)
