Job summary

ThinkFarm PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Creative Designer with a strong eye for branding and editorial design to craft cohesive visual systems across brand identities, digital campaigns, and editorial layouts.

You will develop concepts, translate briefs into engaging visuals and ensure brand consistency across platforms. The role emphasizes strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, branding, editorial design and digital work
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, visual hierarchy and composition
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with presentation design and digital design tools such as Figma is an advantage
• Good understanding of print production and artwork preparation
• Able to interpret briefs, contribute ideas and propose creative directions independently
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in a creative agency or across different industries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, visual directions and key visuals based on client briefs
• Contribute original ideas and propose creative solutions for campaigns, brands and communications
• Design brand identities, logos, brand guidelines and supporting visual systems
• Translate content and business objectives into clear, engaging and visually effective designs
• Present design concepts and explain the rationale behind creative recommendations
• Source and select suitable images, illustrations, typography and visual references
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work according to agreed timelines
• Review and improve existing designs where necessary
• Keep up with design trends, tools and best practices
