Job description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a seasoned BRAND STRATEGIST to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, differentiation, and meaningful engagement. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor to build and evolve brand identities, voice, positioning, and market relevance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Brand Planning

· Develop & execute multi-channel content strategies aligned with overall brand goals.

· Analyze audience insights and regional trends (especially Southeast Asia) to tailor communication plans.

· Build annual marketing calendars and campaign blueprints with KPIs for engagement, reach, and conversion.

2. Scriptwriting & Creative Direction

· Experienced in writing scripts for promotional videos, interviews, commercial content, livestreams, and ceremony sequences.

· Strong grasp of brand tone, storytelling arc, and emotional pacing to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

· Adaptable between English, Mandarin, and localized Southeast Asian content styles.

3. Content Production (Producer Role)

· Lead video and photo productions from ideation to execution — including storyboarding, talent coordination, shoot scheduling, and on-set direction.

· Manage multi-day and multi-location shoots with internal and external production crews.

· Oversee post-production timelines and approvals to meet campaign or event deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5–8+ years of experience in brand strategy, ideally in sports industry, especially in Darts Industry.
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, Google Analytics, and brand tracking platforms is a plus.
