Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking a marketing and sales intern to support brand-building efforts. You will collaborate with the marketing lead to boost brand image and drive awareness through content creation and social posts.

You will produce graphics and videos using Canva and familiar tools, manage social accounts, assist at pop-ups and events, and help with stock, orders, and customer service. Fluent English and Chinese are required, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quick learner.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Fluency in Chinese is required.
• Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator/Procreate is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing lead to enhance brand image and awareness to boost sales.
• Research, copywrite, and create content for brand and product promotion.
• Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
• Conduct photo shoots for posters and social posts.
• Produce graphic designs, videos, posters, and EDMs.
• Handle data entry for pop-up events and stall sales.
• Manage stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate KOL partnerships when required.
• Search information and consolidate findings.
• Promote products at pop-ups and gather customer feedback.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies for festivals/events.
• Manage stores and retail channels and explore new opportunities.
• Process online orders: monitor platforms, pack, track deliveries, and provide support.
• Assist with product packing, office maintenance, and other tasks as needed.
