Job description

Objective:

To significantly increase the sales and market presence of the Biofrost brand within the designated region/store. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the Biofrost brand.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brand's reach and customer base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and customers.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional activities and campaigns.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  7. Ensure brand compliance and consistency in all sales and marketing activities.
  8. Provide training and support to store staff to enhance their knowledge of the Biofrost brand and products.
  9. Manage the Biofrost brand's budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  10. Represent the Biofrost brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the relevant industry (e.g., FMCG, health and wellness).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
