Vision Organisation is seeking fresh graduates for an on-ground sales and brand representation role in Singapore. You’ll meet people at events, start conversations, and learn what matters to each person so you can suggest a brand or service that fits.

You’ll practice daily with guidance from experienced teammates, receive feedback, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow. This role is ideal if you enjoy talking to strangers and learning by doing, with clear paths to growth.

You graduate. Your relatives ask what's next. Your friends seem to have plans. You open another job listing and see the same words again: dynamic team, excellent communication skills, growth opportunities.

But what would you actually do all day?

At Vision Organisation , you'd meet people face-to-face at events and roadshows. You'd start conversations, learn what matters to each person, and introduce a brand or service that may suit them. Some conversations will flow. Others will be awkward. You'll learn from both. You won't be expected to walk in knowing how to sell. You'll work alongside experienced teammates, practise daily, get feedback, and gradually learn to handle conversations on your own. As you grow, there are opportunities to guide newer team members too.

This could suit you if you enjoy being around people, learn best by doing, and are willing to approach strangers even when it feels uncomfortable at first. Fresh graduates and career starters are welcome .
