Job summary

Vision Organisation PTE. LTD. is expanding its Sales & Events Marketing team and seeks fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers.

You'll develop communication, customer service, sales presentation and relationship-building skills through structured training and coaching. You’ll start by talking to customers at events, roadshows or pop-ups, learning about campaigns, understanding needs and recommending suitable products.

• Fresh graduates welcome
• Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, customer service or events is useful but not required
• Must be willing to approach people, learn from feedback, handle rejection and commit to a full-time role with a fixed schedule

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, introduce the brand, understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Engage with customers at events, roadshows or pop-ups and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Learn from feedback and improve performance through coaching and structured training
• Develop communication, customer service and relationship-building skills and progress to coaching/leadership responsibilities

Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, customer service, sales or events is useful, but sales experience is not required.

You’ll need a willingness to approach people, learn from feedback, handle rejection and commit to a full-time role with a fixed schedule.

Remuneration is performance-based. The earnings structure and expectations will be explained during the recruitment process.
