Job summary

MINDEF Singapore invites applications for a 6-month traineeship supporting branding, communications and digitalisation for the Singapore Army and SAFVC. You will help manage large events and daily digital communications, gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and AI-enabled projects.

Qualifications

• Education in Mass or Visual Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in branding, visual communications, content generation, marketing and communications is advantageous.
• Organised, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, events and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willing and able to support events and outreach activities outside regular office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of branding and publicity deliverables for Army Open House.
• Development and execution of branding campaign deliverables and social media content.
• Curation and implementation of AI-enabled bot to organise and manage volunteer information.
