Industry leaders with a history of innovation, Cineverse is powering the future of Entertainment.Job Title: Brand Marketing Operations SpecialistOverviewThe Brand Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Brand Marketing team by managing the operational aspects of marketing workflows. This position ensures seamless execution of metadata management, title lifecycles, process optimizations, and internal communication across departments. The role requires a self-starter being detail-oriented and process-driven individual who can streamline marketing operations and maintain accuracy across all title releases.Key ResponsibilitiesTitle & Metadata Management: Manage metadata and data entry in Rightsline, creating standardized guidelines for metadata requirements at all title lifecycle stages. Maintain and update the release calendar across platforms, ensuring accuracy in release dates, pricing, and key information. Oversee catalog title upkeep post-release, coordinating with the Royalty Department and licensors for reporting obligations and performance tracking. Ensure all operational elements, including title creation, metadata, and updates, are executed with a high level of accuracy. Support licensor and brand performance queries by liaising with the royalites team on ad hoc basisProject Oversight & Cross-Team Coordination Lead the development of title-specific selling guides and presentation decks for internal and external teams. Work closely with the US Marketing Team to oversee key operational tasks and ensure quality control. Partner with the India Content Operations team to streamline workflows and continuously improve internal marketing operations. Work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, and Social Media teams to ensure assets, metadata, and promotional materials align with marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal Brand marketing team members to help creation of all selling guides and support materials for new releases and catalog titles, including sales collateral and presentation decks. Work with US licensors outside Cineverse when neededProcess Optimization & Marketing Operations Identify inefficiencies in marketing workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Leverage automation and tracking tools within Box, Monday.com, and SharePoint to streamline marketing operations. Support internal approvals for metadata and work closely with the Brand Marketing Creative team member to ensure smooth operational workflows. Establish best practices for managing assets, tracking projects, and meeting deadlines.Qualifications Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in all marketing operations. Experience with marketing asset management platforms such as Monday.com, Box, SharePoint, and PageProof. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external licensors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for presentation deck creation. 4-7 years of experience in a project management role in the media, film, entertainment, OTT and streaming industry or working with licensing partners is required.,
