Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Collaborate in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand equity and positioning across all sales channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with the company's mission and values across all sales channels and distribution platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams ( sales, customer service & etc) to deliver cohesive, compelling brand experiences.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to track industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Assist in organizing brand events, activations, and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and engagement.


Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and point-of-sale channels, tailored to specific sales platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve performance across all channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to create impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, digital assets, product packaging & etc) optimized for various platforms.
  • Manage partnerships with key influencers, thought leaders, and brand ambassadors to extend brand reach and engagement.


Sales Channel Support and Optimization:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support the various platforms.
  • Collaborate with retail sector counterparts to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Analyze sales performance data across channels, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and explore new sales channels and distribution opportunities to increase market share.


Content Creation and Management:
  • Lead content creation for websites, social media platforms and etc to ensure alignment with sales strategies for each channel.
  • Manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent engagement and driving sales across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing content.


Digital Marketing
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, ensuring alignment with sales objectives across various platforms.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve visibility across online sales channels.
  • Track and report on KPIs for digital marketing, focusing on sales performance across various platforms.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives for various platforms.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns across different sales channels.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
