Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, experiential) to boost brand awareness and sales that aligns with company’s brand and business goals.

  • Plan, manage, and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar for seasonal promotions, product launches, and educational campaigns.

  • Develop content marketing strategies (recipes, tutorials, behind-the-scenes storytelling) to deepen engagement.

  • Lead the production of high-quality visuals, recipes, and stories that resonate with both retail and foodservice customers.

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Ensure seamless coordination with retail, e-commerce, and foodservice teams to drive timely execution of campaigns.

  • Identify and launch new product lines or services to diversify revenue.

  • Build loyalty programs and personalized promotions to increase repeat purchases.

  • Adapt plans dynamically based on campaign performance and market trends.

  • Track and measure content and campaign performance against KPIs.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future strategies and outcomes.

Prerequisites
