Job description

Drive brand awareness, sampling, and revenue growth for multiple pet food brands.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
  2. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  3. Possess a deep understanding of each brand’s unique positioning in the market.
  4. Conduct thorough research to ensure marketing materials address consumer pain points and communicate key product differentiators creatively.
  5. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  6. Work closely with sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints such as POSM, advertising, social media content, EDM, etc.
  7. Identify and cultivate relationships with KOLs for UGC to amplify brand messaging and enhance product awareness.
  8. Monitor brand performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Manage the brand's events of all kinds.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  2. At least 4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably from the FMCG industry.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of brands.
  5. Excellent business acumen, with a good understanding of the market and all trade sectors.
  6. Demonstrates agility, with the ability to resolve challenges and make progress.
  7. Proven success track record in brand growth.
  8. Knowledge of pet products will be an advantage.
