Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels. You will drive paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content while owning social media strategy for multiple brands.

You will collaborate with internal teams, school centres and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns and monitor performance to provide actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience in brand-side or agency settings.
• Experience with multi-brand marketing and digital channels is valued.
• Knowledge of analytics, content strategy, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and website content.
• Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agencies to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints and support brand-building initiatives.
