Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience in brand-side or agency environments.
• Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy.
• Exposure to multi-brand marketing or education sector is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels.
• Drive digital marketing including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management.
• Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects.
