Job summary

KOUFU PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support poster and collateral production, coordinate with partners, and drive digital marketing strategies across socials. The role involves preparing proposals, maintaining databases, and handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a marketing-related diploma, proficiency in MS Office, and strong multi-tasking abilities, with a team-oriented mindset and independence when required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office.

• Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and production of posters, flyers and other collaterals.
• Assist in acquiring and liaising with promotional merchants for marketing programs.
• Prepare necessary forms, documentation and proposals and ensure proper archiving.
• Co-ordination and liaise with internal and external parties for preparation and launch of promotion program.
• Manage and drive effective digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms.
• Manage customer enquiries.
• Manage and maintain listings on digital and online platforms.
• Photography and visual archival.
• Maintenance of database.
• Media monitoring and analysis (media clippings and impression reporting).
• Marketing admin duties.
