Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing activations across various offline / online channels, while working effectively with relevant stakeholders to enable fast adoption.
  • Develop and/or improve report methodologies to track campaign effectiveness, customer insights, and overall business performance.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Create both qualitative and quantitative reports to assess the success of marketing activations, as well as provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the rest of the team to identify gaps / opportunities to improve marketing plans and drive higher branding plus commercial impact.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics / Economics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar scope in a fast-paced organisation
  • Comfortable working with numbers / skilled in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and with a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
  • Experience with Talkwalker and/or Emplifi is necessary
