Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Marketing Manager to be part of the Marketing team. You will be responsible for marketing design initiatives and campaigns for retails brands.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.

Oversee e-commerce brand performance, ensuring effective product positioning and presentation.

Create and manage brand marketing plans to align with company goals.

Analise P&L and key performance indicators to drive brand profitability.

Plan and execute new product launches, including pricing, placement, and positioning.

Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and address competitive challenges.

Lead digital marketing efforts across social media and manage promotional partnerships.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all digital platforms.

Address customer inquiries and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.

Adapt responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (e-commerce experience preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, TikTok) and digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
