Job description

Our client is a local designer and manufacturer specializing in the creation of quality products such as art collectibles.

As Senior Manager / Brand Manager, you will report to the Brand Director and drive the company’s brand equity through the development of brand plans, customer loyalty plans, and brand identity guidelines.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead initiatives to deliver the desired brand experience across all channels.
  2. Lead market research efforts to formulate plans and strategies and identify demographics and characteristics of target profiles for target customers.
  3. Develop brand plans and monitor brand equity performance.
  4. Work with Legal, Licensing, and other departments to develop IP processes to contribute to IP management.
  5. Work cross-functionally to develop new concepts and styles as well as ensure that the look-and-feel, language, and tone of the brand is consistent with HQ.
  6. Develop brand experience ideas and concepts as well as brand delivery standards.
  7. Drive, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns.
  8. Develop and assess the effectiveness of customer loyalty plans, customer acquisition, and retention programme mechanics.
  9. Manage market research activities and develop market research study objectives.
  10. Interpret trends, market developments, and competitor market performance.
  11. Develop a customer experience map to ensure consistent customer experience across channels.
  12. Develop and manage communication plans of business value propositions to customers.
  13. Measure and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback.
  14. Collaborate with Product, Creative, Marketing, and other departments to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  2. At least 4 years in Brand Management, consulting, customer journey design experience, or similar.
  3. Proven work experience across multiple functions with a strong bend towards brand management.
  4. Have a data-driven mindset to ensure measurable impact; comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to create a consistent brand experience throughout the organization.
  6. Innovative, energetic, collaborative, and highly adaptable team leader.
  7. Strong influencer that possesses strong business acumen with a high level of initiative.
  8. Knowledge of the collectibles industry is a plus.
