Global Travel Retail (GTR) plays a critical role in Beam Suntory's journey to a great brand-building company. The Brand Marketing team is dedicated to enhancing brand equity and driving premiumization by strengthening marketing fundamentals and ensuring excellence in execution. This is achieved through the development of integrated brand plans, creative tools and efficient GTM processes that empower our marketing and commercial teams to become world-class brand builders. The Brand Manager will support the Senior Marketing manager to establish strategic growth plans, prioritize portfolios across regions, develop launch strategies, drive the innovation agenda, and oversee design, communication, and holistic experiences both inside and outside the point of sale. This will be supported by cross-functional specialist teams in categories such as shopper insights, digital communication, and shopper marketing. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with stakeholders across business units and brand houses to identify and cultivate future opportunities tailored to the unique needs of GTR shoppers, consumers, and customers.
Support the development and growth of our portfolio of Scotch brands across the GTR global footprint with a particular focus on our lead brands Bowmore and Laphroaig (supported by Auchentoshan, Ardmore, Teachers, Glen Garioch) by incorporating the full integrated marketing mix in the brand plans.

Location: Singapore/Madrid (Must be able to travel to Asia for 30-40%) of total time
Travel required: 20%
