Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division, for Brand Manager based in Singapore.
This role is responsible for strategizing, planning and executing the marketing plans with recommendations that can be catered to APAC consumers, in alignment with the global brand strategy. Ultimate objective is to drive the brand to maximize the business opportunity by delivering the right brand image, awareness and premiumization of the brand, in line with the requirements of the Luxury Beauty Industry. The Manager will work closely with local partners such as retailers, sales teams and distributors to ensure top notch execution at local level and with the multiple global teams in the HQ in Milan.

How you will contribute
- Develop, manage and execute overall marketing plan for APAC region, understanding the products and channels
- Lead, execute and own all aspects of marketing strategies and plans to support key Fragrance & Makeup & Skincare launches and initiatives at regional level
- End-to-end project management for the implementation of the regional strategy, ensuring key deadlines are met and brand guidelines are respected
- Partner with key internal stakeholders including Go-to-market, PR, Influencer Marketing, Digital, Media, Image, Global Marketing teams in GHQ and external stake holders to ensure impactful and coherent 360 activations
- Develop regional campaigns understanding product key selling points, competitors benchmark and APAC consumer trends; Manage the project with key stakeholders throughout from briefing, shooting, asset proposals to toolkit cascade
- Guide APAC markets and retailers to deliver top notch execution in line with brand positioning and target audiences as brand custodian
- Manage PR, Communications, Influencer Plans, Event and Media plans across the region, defining activation calendar and investment
- Plan introduction of new product initiatives from launch plan to pricing, assortment, GTM and communications
- Build Go-to market strategy for potential new category, new product, new markets and new channels
- Provide GHQ with regional insights and recommendations on required support tools, promotional activities and product development opportunities specific to Asia Pacific needs
- Oversee and collaborate with local teams to monitor & analyse results across all tracking launches, preparing detailed campaign reports based on KPIs and identifying key insights to be shared with the Senior Leadership Team
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activities within the competitive beauty & luxury landscape, providing regular insights & information to the wider team
- Analyse and identify opportunities to further storytelling ambitions across the channels and media platforms
- Plan yearly marketing budget and day-to-day budget management
Key requirements & Competencies
- Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience (with luxury brands is desirable) in Beauty- Make up and Skincare
- Highly entrepreneurial with a ‘start-up mentality’, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure, willingness to learn new things getting out of the comfort zone
- Ability to work and co-ordinate projects in a flexible and fast-changing environment
- Experience in working with luxury / licensed brands is desirable
- Experience in working with, and knowledge of APAC markets (previous experience in a regional role is desirable); preferably at regional office
- Customer focused with expertise understanding Partners’ and their customers’ needs to build tailored and highly effective plans
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Good at time management & organisational skills with a sense of priority
