The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding and digital marketing, exceptional storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of social media. Qualifications

  • Strong background in branding, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual sense.
  • Deep understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Experience managing a C-suite or founder’s personal brand is a plus.
  • Strategic, self-motivated, and able to execute from idea to output.

Job description

JNA Real Estate is seeking a highly strategic and creative Brand Manager to work directly with our Founder to develop and grow his personal brand across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for storytelling, brand positioning, and digital presence — and who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced real estate environment.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for elevating the founder’s public image through strategic content creation, thought leadership positioning, and brand consistency across all touchpoints. From video scripting to platform curation, you'll manage the full spectrum of the founder’s personal branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Brand Strategy

  • Craft and execute a personal brand roadmap for the Founder aligned with JNA’s broader investment and thought leadership vision
  • Position the Founder as a thought leader in real estate, investment, and entrepreneurship

Content Development

  • Plan, script, and oversee creation of founder-focused content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with video and design teams to ensure consistency in brand voice and visuals

Public Profile Management

  • Manage online presence: update bios, press features, and speaking engagements
  • Draft speeches, articles, or talking points for events, summits, and media

Community & Audience Growth

  • Track audience engagement and optimize content for reach and resonance
  • Brainstorm campaigns that humanize the brand and build deeper community connection

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Manage content shoots, podcast recordings, public appearances, and interviews
  • Work closely with the founder's assistant to align weekly schedules and content deliverables
