TBWA\Media Arts Lab in Singapore is seeking a proactive campaign coordinator to support day-to-day campaign management, including briefs, client communication, production quotes, timelines and scope. You will help coordinate meetings and creative reviews and, over time, handle small projects independently with minimal supervision.

The role offers opportunities to work across functions such as Strategy, Creative and Production, and to learn in a diverse, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Extremely organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Excellent spoken & communication skills.
• Able to and enjoys working with different people.
• Proficiency in Keynote is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support in campaign management, briefs, client communication, production quotes, timelines and scope.
• Coordinate administrative / ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist in coordinating meetings and creative reviews.
• Manage small projects independently with minimal supervision after training.
