Job Description / Capsule

The position holder is responsible for providing leadership and support with a focus on Strategic Marketing, communications, content development, planning, and execution for a specific indication or brand. The role involves supporting the successful delivery of brand strategic and performance objectives by utilizing deep customer insights and effective engagement strategies, aligned with regional/global strategies.

Objectives & Critical Actions
  • Building Brands / Therapy Support: Achieve market share, sales, and profitability targets; analyze market conditions; forecast sales and market share; gather customer feedback.
  • Strategy Development & Monitoring: Develop and implement product strategic and tactical plans; create promotional assets; monitor sales, supply, and forecasts; review strategies with leadership.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain contact with key stakeholders and KOLs; gather feedback; build AZ networking.
  • Performance Tracking: Track monthly performance vs. budget; analyze gaps; submit performance reports; streamline reporting systems.
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to AZ and industry codes, policies, and confidentiality standards; maintain ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience

University graduate, preferably MBA; 3-6 years of commercial experience in Oncology, including 2-3 years in brand/marketing; proficient in English communication. Experience in alliance management, prelaunch, and global brand commercialization is desirable.
