Department: Marketing / Brand Management

Job Summary:

The Brand Lead is responsible for building, managing, and evolving the brand identity and equity of the company. This includes brand strategy development, campaign execution, creative oversight, internal brand alignment, and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and evolve brand positioning, tone, purpose, and architecture
  • Develop and implement brand plans aligned with business goals.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies.

3. Brand Governance

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand usage across internal and external stakeholders.

4. Market Research & Insights

  • Analyze consumer insights and brand perception data.
  • Use data to inform campaigns and brand strategy.

5. Creative Content & Development

  • Oversee development of brand assets (visuals, copy, videos).
  • Ensure brand storytelling is consistent and compelling.

6. Internal Brand Engagement

  • Lead internal brand onboarding and education.
  • Promote brand culture and advocacy internally.

7. Digital Branding

  • Supervise brand presence on digital platforms and social media.
  • Ensure online branding aligns with overall strategy.
