Job description

Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Brand Lead to drive the growth of two unique education brands:

  • Mind Sparks – our after-school student care centre focused on nurturing holistic development in a safe, enriching environment.

  • Master Speakers – our youth public speaking platform that empowers students to become confident communicators and critical thinkers.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can build strong brand identities, develop high-impact campaigns, and work across teams to bring meaningful programmes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve brand identities, tone, and positioning for both Mind Sparks and Master Speakers

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness, sign-ups, and brand engagement

  • Grow brand visibility through thought leadership, content, partnerships, and school outreach

  • Plan and execute brand-led events (e.g. student showcases, open houses, speaking competitions, seminars)

  • Build a vibrant community of students, parents, and alumni through engagement initiatives

  • Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to shape and promote standout programmes and initiatives

  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics to guide decision-making and campaign optimisation

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or programme development

  • Strong storytelling and campaign planning skills

  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments

  • Creative thinker with strong execution and follow-through

  • Passionate about education and helping students grow — whether through care, character development, or communication

  • Bonus: Experience in enrichment, public speaking, or student care contexts
