Job summary

ONEW TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking visually outstanding designers to create compelling artwork for branding, digital campaigns and game interfaces. Exceptional artistic judgement, strong typography and polished execution are core.

Responsibilities include producing key visuals, marketing assets, game UI elements, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and comfort with AI tools are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional artistic sense and aesthetic judgement, supported by a compelling portfolio.
• Strong command of composition, colour, typography, visual hierarchy and detail.
• Ability to develop original concepts and carry them through to polished final execution.
• Around 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, entertainment or game art. Candidates with no relevant work experience but has an outstanding portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to select suitable tools for various creative tasks.
• Ability to explain design decisions, respond thoughtfully to feedback and take ownership of your work.
• Comfortable using AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Higgsfield) to support exploration and production while maintaining creative control and visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-impact key visuals and campaign assets for various marketing and digital channels.
• Design expressive marketing visuals such as EDMs, banners, promotional graphics or game UI assets such as titles, logos, icons, buttons and panels, depending on role offered.
• Translate creative briefs and product requirements into distinctive visual concepts and cohesive visual designs.
• Use generative AI and other creative tools to support ideation and production efficiency.
• Adapt artwork across formats, platforms and languages while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and other teams to refine concepts and deliver polished final assets.
