Job description

We are looking for a passionate Brand Executive! You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a positive brand image, driving customer loyalty, and helping the company achieve its marketing and business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting role to the Business Unit management, ensuring the project is aligned with the brand strategy plan and targeting excellent delivery on time.
  • Conceptualization of advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities in line with the company’s business plans and brand strategies.
  • Working closely with suppliers, business associates, and management in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance through analysis, research, and responses on a regular basis.
  • Monitor, control, and evaluate all advertising and promotion expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth.
  • Manage & generate content for website, social media, and other platforms.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
  • Entry Level Bachelor Candidates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry will be desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time – to deliver results on time and under budget.
  • Creative with an excellent aesthetic sense with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Sensitive to changes in consumer trends and lifestyles.
  • Willing to work in the West.

The level of appointment offered will commensurate with candidate's experience.
