A leading personal care distributor in Singapore is seeking a Brand Executive to develop and manage marketing activities for several brands. This role involves developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and working closely with various teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across multiple channels.
In Summary
Basic monthly salary of SGD4,500 to SGD5,000. Flexible working arrangements over a 5 weekday work week (work from home 2 days a week)

The Brand Executive will be tasked with the development, management and implementation of marketing activities for several distributed brands we manage in our company.
Thekey objectives for this role are to create consumer demand and in-market visibility for the assigned brand/s that lead to resultant in-market sales growthat traditional retail stores and online marketplaces within assigned budgets.
The Brand Executive will be working with the team consisting of our own digital marketing team, graphics design team, public relations and content team, sales management team, merchandising team etc
The Brand Executive reports directly to one of our Senior Brand Manager
Our brand manager will be on hand to provide support to the candidate and the necessary training to assimilate the successful applicant into the style of work and expected duties here.

Roles and Responsibilities
Brand Management: Conceptualize & execute initiatives for optimum brand positioning and visibility in marketplace.
Marketing:Develop & execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns for new and existing products together with our full marketing support team.
Trade Management:Working with retail chain buyers, independent retailbuyers, ecommerce account managers etc to grow your assigned brand sales in their companies including personal care stores, pharmacy chains supermarkets, department stores, e-retailers, e-marketplaces etc.
Reporting and Analysis:Analyse sales reports from internal ERP system, retailers/ e-tailers/ e-marketplaces sell-through/purchase reports, merchandiser/promoter team feedback, competitive activity in the marketplace and implement initiatives for better brand positioning and create consumer demand.
Budgets and Forecasting:Prepare brand sales/stock requirement forecasts & marketing expenditure budgets.
Requirements
At least 3 years working experience in a brand management or marketing role preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry
Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field will be prioritized
Salary and Remuneration
Basic monthly salary of SGD4,500 to SGD5,000.

Working Hours and Office Location
This is a permanent full-time position.
5 day 44 hour work week. Mon to Fri. Flexible working arrangements over a 5 weekday work week (work from home 2 days a week)
Regular working hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm Mon to Thu. And 8.30am to 5.30pm on Fri.
Our office is located in Ang Mo Kio area
