Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with external-facing content like social campaigns or brand communications.
• Strong visual sensibility with design trends, layouts, and storytelling for digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
• Strong collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual design for employer branding initiatives, translating ByteDance culture into engaging external-facing content.
• Design across key touchpoints including social media, employer branding platforms, and offline events.
• Develop cohesive creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and formats.
• Contribute to the design and continuous iteration of employer branding digital experiences with UX thinking to improve candidate journey and content effectiveness.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors for timely delivery.
