Your Role

As a Brand Designer, you should love pushing new ideas, be passionate about design, and excited to work on diverse projects with talented teams. You will support wayfinding and brand design from conception to final execution, including signage systems, environmental graphics, and branded experiences.

What You Will Do
  • Synthesize research and insights to develop strategies addressing project needs.
  • Organize findings for clear communication within the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, and fabrication partners across industries.
  • Generate concepts and develop design solutions to solve client problems.
  • Develop user analysis and hierarchies of sign types, messaging, and communication strategies.
  • Integrate color, symbols, and typography into environments.
  • Specify materials, finishes, and graphic standards for signage.
  • Prepare final documentation, including message schedules and sign plans.
  • Oversee project phases with the Design Manager, from programming to fabrication.
  • Support sustainability targets throughout projects, coordinating with consultants and engineers.
  • Implement sustainable design strategies and research solutions.
  • Lead climate-focused analysis for each project.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in graphic, industrial, environmental design, architecture, or related field.
  • 3-7 years experience in environmental graphic or similar design fields.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with environmental graphic projects and signage in built environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and 3D modeling software like SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles; certifications like LEED, WELL are preferable.
  • Experience with sustainable projects and certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Collaborative approach to achieving sustainability goals.
