Job Description

To enrich the Asia Pac team, Curaprox is seeking a Brand Design Lead to champion brand consistency, elevate design quality, and localise global campaigns with creative excellence across the APAC region, with a strong focus on the Singapore market. We are looking for an adventurer, a passionate, out-of-the-box-thinking skilled designer personality with relevant experience, a winning nature and willingness to go the extra mile. In this role, you will be the key design authority for our brand in the APAC region, bridging the global vision with local and regional relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Lead for Singapore & APAC:

  • Act as the brand design guardian across APAC, with special ownership of the Singapore market - ensuring all visual outputs reflect Curaprox’s global brand identity while resonating with local and regional audiences.

  • Lead and execute Singapore-focused design projects (e.g., in-store activations, digital campaigns, packaging adaptations, and promotional material).

Integration with Global Brand Strategy:

  • Own and manage the regional Branding Requests via Asana, prioritising high-impact projects for Singapore and APAC markets.

  • Localise HQ-led creative campaigns and toolkits for use in Singapore and APAC and collaborate with HQ on local and regional feedback loops.

Creative Execution & Design Oversight:

  • Partner hands-on in the creation of branded assets - digital and print - for HQ, APAC and Singapore marketing initiatives.

Template & Guideline Development:

  • Provide market-specific guidance and adaptable templates (e.g., product presentations, retail visuals, trade show materials).

  • Standardise visual resources and best practices to ensure design consistency and scalability across Singapore and APAC.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with local marketing, sales, and digital teams in Singapore and APAC to understand consumer trends and tailor brand visuals accordingly.

  • Build a strong creative bridge between HQ and the Singapore/APAC teams, driving alignment, sharing learnings, and advocating regional needs at a global level.

Your Profile

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design Management, Brand Design, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a designer, senior designer, or design lead in creative agencies or in-house brand teams—ideally with exposure to FMCG, retail, or healthcare sectors in the Singapore market.

Technical & Creative Expertise:

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Familiarity with brand management tools (e.g., Frontify) and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro) would be an added advantage.

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a superb sense of aesthetics and showcases high-level design thinking, brand systems, and culturally attuned creative execution.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Fluent in English (Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus).

  • Confident communicator with the ability to clearly articulate design intent and strategy to both creatives and non-creatives.

  • A self-starter, comfortable working in a decentralised and international team environment.

  • Proactive, highly organised, and passionate about brand storytelling and design excellence.
