Job description

Salt Talent search is looking for a Business Program Manager for a 11-month contract role , you own designated areas of your program and set and communicate program priorities for one large or several small to mid-sized projects.

What Will You need:

  • Drive and review program goals and prioritization.
  • Drive project work by managing expectations and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, plan, create, deliver content, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Drive the development of project/program roadmaps and use them to manage stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources.
  • Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups/audiences in order to share and solicit information depending on the need.
  • Drive the establishment of key program metrics based on technical or program needs; manage cross-functional teams and drive action to ensure program success; develop, delegate, and drive corrective actions to address organizational challenges.
  • Identify cross-functional product and service experts, developing positive working relationships and leveraging their expertise on the supported product/service to support or drive efforts on product/service improvement; identify dependencies and make decisions to solve or avoid issues and mitigate risks; contribute to product/program excellence.
  • Collaborate with team members and/or key stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss cross-function program impact.

What will you need:

  • 5+ years of Program Management on Branding/Creative side of Business.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
  • Good writing, project management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Emerging Markets experience preferred
  • Proficiency in additional business language preferred
