Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated, well organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing content to build brand awareness across target markets and customer lifecycle.
• Create content for multiple products, solutions, and services including articles, newsletters, customer stories, and campaign messaging.
• Develop campaign assets such as videos, marketing materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content that supports business objectives.
• Manage content timelines and publish across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
