We are looking for a dynamic and motivated team member to support our Brand, Communications & Sustainability team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a communications executive and sustainability coordinator. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, event planning, and driving sustainability efforts in a regional business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Communications
- Support the development of engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and internal newsletters.
- Assist in creating visual assets (graphics, videos, infographics) for marketing and communication purposes.
- Support in the drafting of internal announcements, event invitations, and other employee communications.
- Monitor social media trends and contribute creative ideas for online engagement.
- Coordinate and support events such as company townhalls, webinars, and sponsorship activations.
- Assist with content updates on the company intranet and maintain media contact lists.
- Track media coverage and campaign performance for reporting purposes.
- Sustainability
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices relating to sustainability and the insurance sector.
- Assist in developing presentation materials and reports for internal sustainability initiatives.
- Support the planning and coordination of sustainability-related events and regional meetings.
- Work with internal stakeholders to advance sustainability communications and projects.
Qualifications And Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Communications, Sustainability, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications, marketing, or sustainability; agency experience is a plus.
- Experience in sports sponsorship and campaign execution is a strong advantage.
- A passion for football and understanding of its fan culture is highly desirable.
- Strong writing, editing, and research capabilities.
- Skilled in PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge or experience in sustainability-related initiatives is preferred.
- Proactive mindset, adaptable, and a team player.
