We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Brand & Commercial Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end launch and commercialization of our healthcare product portfolio. As a seasoned individual contributor with deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and market readiness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our products show up in the world—translating consumer insight, clinical credibility, and brand positioning into integrated go-to-market strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment but brings a CPG-level approach to brand development, digital engagement, and commercial execution. You will be the connective tissue between brand, product, digital marketing, retail readiness, and sales enablement—ensuring each launch is flawless, consumer-first, and market-optimized.
- Lead brand strategy development for new and existing wellness products, grounded in consumer insight and healthcare relevance.
- Define brand architecture, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that are consistent, credible, and differentiated.
- Translate clinical and scientific claims into accessible, emotionally resonant language for consumers and healthcare professionals.
- Own cross-functional launch readiness from early-stage planning through post-launch evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, including timelines, campaign briefs, content calendars, and channel strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Regulatory, Sales, Creative) to ensure launch materials are fully aligned and compliant.
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
- Manage the creation of digital content (landing pages, paid ads, email, social, etc.) in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
- Partner with performance marketing to optimize media strategy and customer acquisition across D2C, retail, and affiliate channels.
- Lead pre-launch and post-launch consumer insight initiatives (quant, qual, social listening) to refine strategy and measure impact.
- Track KPIs across brand health, campaign performance, and conversion metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and category audits to identify whitespace and refine positioning.
- 7–10 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally in a CPG, OTC, wellness, or health-tech environment.
- Proven success in bringing consumer-facing health or wellness products to market with measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of digital channels, media planning, and e-commerce/digital shelf best practices.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex health/scientific narratives into consumer-facing messaging and content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional workstreams independently.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, FTC, HIPAA) and partnering with legal/compliance teams.
- Strategic thinker with executional horsepower—you can own the plan and roll up your sleeves to bring it to life.
- Background in supplements, OTC, functional nutrition, personal care, or digital health products.
- Familiarity with wellness trends, lifestyle marketing, and healthcare-adjacent consumer behavior.
- Experience collaborating with agencies and freelancers (creative, digital, PR, or scientific communications).
- MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus.
This is an opportunity to bring together brand storytelling, digital precision, and healthcare credibility—helping build products that make people feel better, live better, and trust what they’re putting in their bodies.
