A food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee brand development and marketing communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing/Communications, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and a strong background in brand management within the F&B industry. This role includes managing campaigns, coordinating with various departments, and generating marketing reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies
Build and increase company-wide awareness about key developments
Identify, plan and execute projects/campaigns for brand development
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project / launch
Manage service partners and build good relationship with key media for events/activities
Support the Head of Marketing in delivering Brand campaigns that support business strategy, market goals and organisational objectives
Execution of company marketing communication initiatives that are aligned with Brand positioning and philosophy
Trade mark registration and related matters
Review and assess sponsorship request, drives sponsorship strategies and sponsorship events for the company
Oversees in strategic planning and making sure timely execution of overall Marketing Calendar
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
Develop promotional programmes and managing marketing budget
Oversees the planning and conducting of market research
Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs
Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each project / launch
Oversee press releases, speeches, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures and presentation materials
To provide guidance to plan and coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis and optimisation.
To collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams for campaign delivery and project implementation.
Generate and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for the Operation and Management’s review
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communications with at least 2 years in supervisory role
Must have experience in brand management in F&B industry
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast moving and highly challenging environment
