We seek a strategic Branding & Marketing Executive to drive their growth.

Job Summary:
As a Branding & Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share. You will manage campaigns, digital marketing, partnerships, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and implement branding strategies for market positioning.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  2. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct research on consumer behavior and industry trends.
    • Identify market gaps and opportunities.
    • Provide data-driven insights for strategy and product development.
  3. Marketing Planning & Execution:
    • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and influencer collaborations.
    • Develop promotional strategies and coordinate marketing assets.
  4. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
    • Manage digital presence, social media, and e-commerce channels.
    • Optimize digital campaigns for engagement and ROI.
  5. Content Creation & Management:
    • Oversee content creation to align with brand voice and audience engagement.
    • Develop and proofread marketing materials, blog posts, and emails.
  6. Channel & Partnership Management:
    • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces.
    • Engage influencers and brand ambassadors.
    • Optimize partnerships for brand growth and visibility.
  7. Event Planning & Execution:
    • Organize brand events, trade shows, and promotions.
    • Collaborate on in-store merchandising and partner with vendors for execution.
  8. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track key marketing metrics and generate reports.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or have experience in related field.
  • Experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the health and wellness or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Experience managing marketing strategies for retail and e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories for different audiences and sales platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across various sales channels.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • A passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine market preferred.
