Service/Brand Ambassador (3–6 Months Contract)


Location: Ubi Rd
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: Half-day
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months

We’re looking for a Service Ambassador to be the friendly face of our brand and provide excellent service to our walk-in customers. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism

  • Promote our in-store products and provide support on merchandise-related enquiries

  • Perform cashiering duties and ensure daily payments are accurately processed and submitted

  • Handle incoming phone calls and general enquiries, directing customers to the right team or staff

  • Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently

  • Support procedures for vehicle collection after servicing or repair

  • Keep records and documentation organized for smooth tracking of customer purchases and serviced items

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable with MS Office; detail-oriented and accurate with numbers

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Able to commit to a full 3 to 6-month contract
