Brand Ambassador

- Maintain a smart and well-groomed appearance to align with the professional image of the brand.

- Take orders from the customers and prepare and serve beverages for customers.

- Attend to customers promptly and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.

- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed on the shelves.

- Provide regular customer feedback to the retail manager on fast-moving products.

- Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the retail area and tea bar counter are kept neat and clean at all times.

- Handle the POS system and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.

- Prepare daily store opening and update daily sales.

- Observe the opening hours by being punctual and complete the closing according to SOP.

Requirements:

- Nitec in Retail, GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or any related discipline.

- F&B or bubble tea experience is a plus.

- Enjoys being around people with a warm personality.

- Detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated team player, self-starter, and willing to learn attitude.

- Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene license will have an advantage.
