We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Branch Relationship Manager to manage and deepen customer relationships, drive sales of banking products, and deliver excellent service. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions across deposits, loans, insurance, and investments, while working closely with internal teams to support branch performance goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products, including loans, investments, and insurance, to enhance portfolio value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individuals and key clients, providing personalized service and financial advice to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Provide expert advice on financial products, investments, and wealth management strategies, leveraging the bank's offerings to meet clients' long-term objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs while maintaining high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage and monitor clients' portfolios, reviewing their financial positions regularly and recommending adjustments as needed
  • Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are in line with regulatory requirements and the bank’s policies, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance
  • Work closely with other internal teams such as product specialists, risk managers, and service staff to provide clients with a comprehensive banking experience
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, financial products, and services to offer clients the most up-to-date advice.
Requirements:

  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule that includes weekends
