Moomoo is seeking a Branch Manager in Singapore to lead our physical investment store. You will drive branch KPIs, shape local strategy, ensure compliant operations, and elevate client service while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in financial services, including retail brokerage or wealth management.
• Proven experience managing physical store operations and frontline teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward performance goals.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to the country of operation.
• Certifications (RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8 and M8A) and willingness to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of branch KPIs and business strategy.
• Oversee daily operations with strict regulatory compliance.
• Lead client relationships and in-person service excellence.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales and support teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech to refine go-to-market strategies.
• Plan events, workshops, and outreach to attract clients.
