The Job
Enhance customer experience by promoting digital banking solutions and supporting digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt support for banking inquiries and guide customers on digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot basic digital issues and elevate complex ones when needed.
- Promote digital tools and educate customers on mobile/online banking and cashless payments.
- Assist with onboarding and encourage adoption of secure digital services.
- Stay updated on bank products and digital features to recommend suitable solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback to improve digital platforms.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to relevant specialists.
The Talent
- Prior customer service experience; banking or tech support preferred.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
