Job Description:

Boutique generic public email account
Assign emails from existing client to SA who is their follower
Track how many emails are fielded to each SA a day
Screen customers and monitor access to boutique
Inform retail staff of customer’s arrivals or cancellation of appointments
To provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact to welcome customers
Connecting customers with retail staff based on the appointments arranged
Key contact person for managing client appointment for the boutique
Update calendars and schedule meeting for retail staff
Assist Boutique Manager in roster planning
Assist in scheduling tours, welcoming clients with a warm, courteous and professional manner.
Provide boutique tours to clients, explaining to them the boutique, the historical facts of the premises and facilities available.
Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience in luxury retail brands or prior experience as cabin crew
Must look presentable.
Willing to work retail hours.
Singaporeans only.
